The production



Stefos Ouzo is produced in a small factory with modern equipment using only the purest ingredients in a traditional distillation process.

The ouzo is made from 100% ethyl alcohol made from beetroots. It is then brought together with star anise and other herbs.

The mixture is distilled 2 times in copper stills.









ketel
It is then stored in large stainless-steel tanks to settle. Before the essence is bottled, it is slowly mixed with clear water from the mountains in Chios.
